About Us

Cazandy Designs is a father and son business. Cazz being the son and Andy the father, hence our name Cazandy Designs. We started the business in September 2016 after Andy's 30-year retail career came to an end. Andy who specialized in training business managers, identified a need that entrepreneurs and small businesses owners had to try and get their products or services online and to expand their market reach. The biggest challenge was the costs involved in procuring the various online tools from all the different venders. A game changer for us, was when we secured a partnership with a hosting service provider that was able to host all the online tools that our clients could ever need all in one place. This enabled us to focus on designing these online tools to best meet our customer needs and save them thousands in the process.

Where to Start

There are 2 things you will need prior to getting your idea or business online, they are:

1. Domain Registration:

Having your own domain name gives you control over your online identity and the content you post. A domain of your own is a must-have for building confidence in your brand or business. (Think of it as your address where people can find either your idea, product, services or information online.) This is a once off yearly cost. Depending on the domain name that you choose the price can range from as little as R200 to about R500. We manage this process for you without any additional costs. If you already have a domain name, great. You can remain with the current service provider all that needs to be done is to change the NS (nameservers) of your domain to point to where your new website will be hosted.

2. Web Hosting:

This allows you to Rent Space on a server so that your website can be accessed by anyone with an internet connection. Its like a monthly rental payment for your online premises that provides you with the ability to store your website files, such as pictures, videos, data and then make them accessible online. There is no right or wrong when it comes to choosing a monthly hosting plan. You will need to choose a hosting plan that best suits your needs and affordability. Each plan has different features and benefits. What is important to note, is the amount of disk space that each plan gives you. Your content or data, pictures and videos sizes may not exceed the disk space allocated by the plan you have choosen.

Using our services is subject to you selecting at least 1 of the 4 hosting plans avalable. If you are just getting started and affordability is key, we recommend you begin with the entry level plan, you can always upgrade to a more comprehensive plan as you grows.

Option 1: Do It Yourself

The only cost to you is your time. With each of the hosting plans, you get access to a free drag and drop website builder at no charge. There will however be a learning curve that you will need to go through to master building a website. This option is ideal for business start-ups or entrepreneurs who have the time and creative ability wanting to try their hand at website design.

Option 2: Basic Website Design

We do a basic 5 Page website design, that includes, home, about, services or products, and contact pages. This plan includes the following features: SSL secure included, 5 stock image, On Page SEO and Social Media Integration. Starting Price is $80 @ Rand Dollar Exchange Rate of R19.38 = R1550. For more custom functionalities simply scroll down to view the possible additions. This plan is for those who don’t have the time, patience or creative ability to learn to do it themselves. The Cheetah hosting plan is ideal for this option.

Option 3: Professional Website Design,

We design the website on your behalf. This plan includes the following features: Up To 15 Page Web Design, +15 Product or service showcase pages with built in checkouts, Contact / Enquiry / Lead Capture Form, Responsive Web Design & Image Sourcing, Whatsapp/Social Media Integration

Search Engine Optimisation plus 2 x Custom Functionalities. 1. Social Proof Setup 2. Calendar Booking Setup. Starting price $300 @ Rand Dollar exchange rate of R19.38 = R5814. This plan is suitable for those who want a more comprehensive website. The Marketer hosting plan is ideal for this option.

Option 4: Advanced Website Design
